We began as a family business in 1989 operating in Hertfordshire. There, we specialised in Office, Window and Builders Cleans.

Neither do we.

29 years ago, when we started our cleaning company, one of the first things we noticed was that the majority of cleaning companies paid minimum wages.

This invariable led to demotivated staff doing the work resulting in lower standards of cleaning. Unfortunately, we still see this today.

So we wanted to change that. And by doing so, we adopted two strict (moral) policies for our professional employees, based on our own personal values:

1. Never pay minimum wages
2. Always pay more than the going rate

This approach ensures that all our professional cleaners – without exception – work at their best and comply with the standards and personal care we demand for our clients.

This shines through in their work – and ultimately in the offices we clean and therefore the spaces you work in.

This internal code of conduct mixed with our immaculate cleans and personal care approach, has forged our reputation amongst local businesses and helped us grow organically.

We liaise with the client and the cleaner to monitor performance and provide support when needed.
